From a Prolog Knowledge Database of rules supporting decisions in military institutions, IAS implemention in over 20 countries, yield management, to different research projects in computational linguistics. What could be the use of it?

Motivating example could give one who needs to prepare a Financial Decision Support documentation or a Financial Controler preparing consolidated financial statement. Having collected all related documents: financial reports, contracts, travel expenses, invoices etc. From the other side set of rules one needs to apply. In the middle the working Decision Support document which is typically a MS Excel document.

A tool such as Document Classifier, Indexer and Retriever would be wellcomed, to shorten the searching of all related contents. Another tool which knows that some document mentioning, for example the word "Bauverträge" is also referencing to a document in which title the word "Vertrag" is to be found. A connection between the data stored in a document and an Excel cell would be another help to increasy the accuracy and shorten the data collection time. Maintenable set of rules would be also nice to have. A tool to simulate, test and optimize all the possibilities would be also very important.
